We're going to keep this simple: first the price list, last you will see many before and after shots of jobs that I have done. This is an owner operated company. You'll get no low commissioned workers who need to upsell the job to make it pay.
Prices, Carpet Cleaning
1 room $40.00, 2rooms $50.00, 3 rooms $65.00, 4 rooms $75.00, 5 rooms $90.00, 6 rooms $105, 7rooms $120. Halls are $5 per 10 feet.
Includes spot and traffic lane treatments. One set of stairs count as one room if done with 2 rooms, otherwise $30.00-extra set of stairs $30.00. Living room/dining room combinations count as 2 rooms. Rooms over 220 square feet count as 2 rooms. Red removal is extra. Excessive gum removal is extra. Neglected and extra dirty carpets may be extra. Area rugs are priced separately.
Upholstery
Sofas $45.00. Love seats $30.00, Recliners $15.00. I usually do not charge for a few extra cushions that go with the upholstery. Sectionals: priced according to the size of a regular sofa.
Late cancelation and No-show fees: There is a $15.00 late cancellation fee if cancellation is done within 24 hours of appointment. There is a $30.00 no show fee. Flakes waste our time, work slots, and gas. It's rude to the other good customers who wanted the slot that got wasted. If you have any doubts, do not make an appointment.
I did not charge extra for this extremly filty carpet. Why? I don't know.
This after shot was taken from the other end of the hall. The carpet came out better than I thought it would, even the dog stains.
This disaster was created by a 6 year old boy. His mother described him as a Picasso wannabe.
Freshly scrubbed but with limitations such as paint, reds, and inks, it didn't come out perfect. It did come out respectable after special treatments.
