Carpet Cleaning Prices
Our prices include spot and traffic lane treatments. Count a set of stairs as one room if done with 2 rooms, otherwise it costs an extra $35.00. An additional set of stairs will also be $35.00. Living room/dining room combinations count as 2 rooms. Rooms over 220 square feet count as 2 rooms. Prices may vary for red removal, excessive gum removal, and particularly neglected or dirty carpets. Area rugs are priced separately.

Upholstery Cleaning Prices
To freshen up your upholstery, consider these prices:

We typically don’t charge for a few extra cushions that come with the upholstery. Sectionals are priced according to the size of a regular sofa.
Late Cancellation and No-Show Fees
To respect our time and other clients, there is a $15.00 late cancellation fee if cancellation is done within 24 hours of the appointment. There is a $30.00 no show fee. It’s not fair to our reliable customers who could have benefited from the slot that got wasted. If you are uncertain about your availability, please refrain from making an appointment.

The system used at JB’s Clean Carpets now incorporates a Rotovac system. This system is better than a wand alone as it cleans deeper and is better for hair and sand. Your carpet is then detailed with a wand. This is a comprehensive system that works really well. We also take pride in keeping our prices down to help you fight inflation. You can now do your carpet more often without spending a bundle.
Jack was also a 1976 Olympic swimmer winning a silver medal in the 100 freestyle. He came from a swimming family and has a sister Shirley, who has a total of 9 Olympic medals from 1972 and 1976. Pictures to the right.
